Biography
Misdemeanor and felony criminal cases with a focus clients charged with OVI and other driving matters.
He represents several Property Management companies with various real estate matters including sales, purchases, evictions and other Landlord / Tenant issues.
He also has experience with business formations for LLCs and corporations and business and commercial real estate purchases. He assists client with drafting estate planning documents and throughout the process of probate administration.
Mr. Serra has been a member in good standing of the Ohio State Bar Association since 2003, as well as a member of The Stark County Bar Association. Mr. Serra graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. After graduating from Kent State University, Mr. Serra attended the University of Akron School of Law and graduated in 2003.
